It happened!

To all of our supporters, thank you for all your contributions. Big or small, words cannot explain how appreciative we are of you. Your support means Lara and other people with leukaemia can get the support they need to tackle this speed bump.
Over the weekend just gone, Lara was able to shave both Amy and Hanson's heads with a small group of family and close friends.

A slight rescheduling`

HEY TEAM
We have nearly reached another goal thanks to your donations, and we wanted to share a quick update. 
Lara and the team were asked if they were comfortable with having some media coverage for the shave to help spread awareness for these sorts of events. Because of this, the shave day will likely be rescheduled to a later day when all the admin and logistics are handled. But don't fret, we will continue to update you all as we go along, so get keen!

UPPING THE TARGET

We are indescribably grateful to everyone who donated to Amy and myself for your selflessness. We are also so moved to have so many wonderful friends and family willing to contribute to our lil fundraiser.
Because of your efforts, not only have we reached our combined goal in just one day, but we can up our donation goal! This means we can aim to raise more money that will go towards research, and supporting both Leukaemia patients and their families.

Lara's 1/4 dozen eggs

Right now, over 150,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day. 

I've been growing my hair out for a few months past 6 years now and I’m taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave to help raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.  

Luke has already shaved his head, and Amy will in the next few weeks. I'm joining in on the shave so our home will look like a fresh carton of eggs!

Any donation made, big or small, will make a real, tangible difference. And if you can't donate then please share this campaign to your circles.
