Why we are taking part in World's Greatest Shave?
As future doctors we have a massive commitment to healthcare and helping others. Blood cancer affects thousands of Australians, and funds raised support vital research and patient care. By shaving or coloring our hair, we can raise awareness and inspire community involvement. Additionally, participation fosters empathy, teamwork, and leadership—essential qualities for future doctors. It’s a powerful way to make a tangible impact while demonstrating compassion beyond the classroom.
