With no screening programs available and no means of prevention through lifestyle changes, blood cancer is Australia's hidden cancer crisis. Every day, 53 Aussies are diagnosed with blood cancer, and 16 will lose their life. We can't delay taking action together. That's why I've decided to take part in the Leukaemia Foundation's World's Greatest Shave. I had a son pass from cancer at the age of 18 in 2007. I'll be shaving my goatie and moustache that Ive had for 40 years along with the rest of the hair on my head. You have the power to help me make an extraordinary difference.
