Help me take a stand against blood cancer
4 February | Meeting Cancer Head On
Right now, over 150,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day. That’s why I’m taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave and hoping to raise $10,000 in donations.
I am currently undergoing treatment for Myeloma and even though it really sucks, I'm doing pretty well. Not everybody has a good journey, so I'm shaving my head to support other families going through the same thing.
By donating to my page, you’ll help me raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.
Any amount – big or small – will make a real, tangible difference.

Wow, I am overwhelmed by the support of family and friends! I decided to reset what I thought was an ambitious target and see if we can’t reach a little higher!

Wow, it is humbling to see just how many people have got on board.
We are really aware, that some years back, others invested in research. That investment has resulted in me getting great cancer treatment. The treatment is making a difference...the outcomes so far are really positive.
As there is still no cure, the need for ongoing research is critical. So, like those in the past, we are keen to pay it forward. Based on the overwhelming support so far, we have set a further goal of $25,000. This amount will provide 3 months clinical research to help find that cure and to work on even better treatments. Help us get there.
