Help us take a stand against blood cancer

Right now, over 150,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day. 

That’s why we are taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave. By donating to our page, you’ll help us raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.

Megan takes the plunge!

Tuesday 25th Mar

Our Clinical Practice Leader, Megan (with the assistance of Staff Wellness Officer, Jordan) took the plunge today and shaved her locks!  Megan is our first participant in this year’s World’s Greatest Shave and is absolutely rocking her new do. 

 

A massive thank you to everyone who was involved in coordinating today, including our Staff Wellness Group, those who assisted with cooking and serving food, everyone who donated, and of course, Megan for being an absolute legend. 

 

We have managed to raise just over a whopping $1,000 to date (including cash donations and pledges) – AMAZING!

 

Andrew Peever has put his hand up to be the next courageous member of the team to participate in the World’s Greatest Shave.  Andrew has agreed to shave his locks if we can beat our target of $2,000.  The shave will take place on Thursday 27 March 2025 – we can do this!
