Help me take a stand against blood cancer
Hi, my name is Ljay Radke and I'm shaving my head for the fourth time this year for World's Greatest Shave. I shaved my head three times previously to raise awareness for blood and cancer and in honour of my family members who have been diagnosed and one I've lost to cancer.
No one should have to deal with such a horrible disease at all, let alone by themselves. My goal is to spread the word of blood cancer, encourage regular check-ups for early diagnosis, and support everyone I can who may be struggling financially, emotionally or in any way.
As one community we can hold everyone up who has been affected by blood cancer. I aim to smash the goal of $1000 and raise as much money as possible. I have been growing my hair since my last shave in 2023 and haven't gotten a single hair cut since. Two years of hair is being donated, along with all the raised money, to help family's in need of support. Thank you to everyone who donates and to those who simply spread the word, you are amazing people, doing amazing things!
Thanks for having your say
