I'm fundraising for the World's Greatest Shave

In 2021, after almost a year of tests, I was finally diagnosed with an extremely rare blood cancer called Erdheim Chester Disease or ECD. There is no cure. I also have a chronic form of leukaemia called Chromic Myelomonocytic Leukaemia or CMML. My life has changed so much. I had to give up a job I love, I cant do the simple things I used to do and my family, friends and I are still coming to terms dealing with such debilitating diseases. My beautiful friend Elaine and I are raising funds for the Leukaemia Foundation and will be until March next year. We have decided to blog about where we go with our hair for the next 12 months. On 21 March 2025 Elaine will shave and I will colour my hair. Please give to our cause to give Australians dealing with blood cancer life-changing practical and emotional support.
